This homeschooling planner is a full-size spiral-bound planner. It is fully undated and published by Apologia. Cover is a flexible type of plastic material, so it’s very durable. It comes in 4 colors and themes.

The Ultimate Homeschool Planner was designed for up to 6 students. The opening pages contain full year calendar dating back to 2015 through 2023. So I expect a revamping of the planner coming soon.

This homeschooling planner includes a detailed user guide with explanations of the author’s planning system near the front. In the back are a few helpful articles and tips on topics like learning styles.

The colorful planner has a full year set of monthly calendars for planning as well as weekly spreads. Though the monthly spreads are all together toward the front of the planner, and all the weekly layouts are after that.

Each weekly spread has 6 columns and 6 rows, all unlabeled. The weekly spreads also have 2 accompanying planning pages to record Bible study and prayer, as well as memorable moments from the week.

Other useful pages included are:

  • student goal setter
  • resource lists
  • field trip logs
  • high school planning guide

Debra Bell and Apologia Publishing have also released a student planner and teen planner. These coordinate well with this parent teacher version and are mentioned in her planning instructions.
