The Charlotte Mason Heirloom Planner is a beautiful full-size hardbound journal with an elastic closure and silk ribbon bookmark. It is undated and comes in several colors. The front cover is a hard bound PU leather and has the title logo embossed and the book lays flat nicely.
This planner for homeschoolers is designed as a keepsake as well as being a functional planner. It has a thoughtful basic design that is gently colorful. Instructions come on a card rather than in the book.
The planner has scripture verses and Charlotte Mason quotes throughout the pages.
The Heirloom Planner opens with a 2 page spread called Living with Purpose. it has space for goals, field trips, and book lists.
This is followed by 12 monthly sections, each with a different theme. Each month has a monthly calendar spread with a goal section.
This is followed by weekly spreads with space for writing to-dos, nature study, habit focus, prayer, self-care, and read alouds. The weekly layout has only a small amount of space and would not work too well for tracking lessons for more than one child.
Each month ends with a spread for brief evaluation and recording memories.
This Charlotte Mason inspired planner comes with a link to lots of “planner perks” on the website. There is a lot of training in Charlotte Mason methods with links to videos, activities and book lists.
Jeannie Fulbright has many more products on her site, including a Nature Journal and Book of Common Place.
